Observation of persons – Shadowing – Surveillance
Observation of persons – Shadowing – Surveillance
To get a feel for your situation, take advantage of the opportunity for a free initial consultation!
This can be done in person, by phone or also by email.
Professional detective Mag. iur. Wallner gets a first impression of your problem and explains how to proceed in the situation at hand. Initial deployment times are chosen to be as effective and cost-efficient as possible.
Checklist
In order to proceed as effectively and economically targeted as possible in the course of the observation, Mag.iur. Wallner concentrates on certain times and places relevant to the suspicion.
During the observation, Mag.iur. Wallner will keep you continuously up to date about new findings so the focus can also be put on possible new people if they gain importance during the investigation.
All these data and observations are then used to create both a log and an activity report. These can be used as evidence, especially in court.
Did you know that private investigators can be called as witnesses in court?
The detectives tasked with the case can be summoned as witnesses during a
possible court hearing (divorce proceedings, labor court proceedings, etc.).
The costs for personal surveillance can also be recovered as compensation under §1295 ABGB (Austrian General Civil Code) from the injuring party or e.g. the person who disrupts the marriage.
This means that, if necessary, the total costs of the observation must be borne by the other party.
We will be happy to advise you in a free initial consultation!
